Then Holofernes approached Esdraelon near Dothan, which is opposite the great ridge of Judea,
And so great a fear lay upon all those provinces, that the inhabitants of all the cities, both princes and nobles, as well as the people, went out to meet him at his coming.
Then Holofernes passed through Jezreel Valley near Dothan, which faces the main ridge of the mountains of Judah,
At length Holofernes reached Esdraelon in the neighborhood of Dothan, the approach to the main ridge of the Judean mountains;
Finally, Holofernes advanced toward Esdraelon, in the neighborhood of Dothan, facing the great ridge of Judea.
Then he came towards Esdraelon, near Dothan, facing the great ridge of Judea;
Then he came towards Esdraelon, near Dothan, facing the great ridge of Judea;
Then he came toward Esdraelon, near Dothan, facing the great ridge of Judea;
Then he came toward Esdraelon, near Dothan, facing the great ridge of Judea;
Then he came to the edge of Esdrae′lon, near Dothan, fronting the great ridge of Judea;
Then he came to the edge of Esdrae′lon, near Dothan, fronting the great ridge of Judea;
And so (the) great dread of Holofernes lay [or fell] upon all (the) provinces, (so) that the dwellers of all (the) cities, and the princes and men of honour, went together out with their peoples to meet him coming towards them [or went out into meeting to him coming],
